Anthony O’Connor is a writer, reviewer and pop culture enthusiast.  

He has written original screenplays for the indie Aussie rom-com, Angst (2000) and the blood-soaked, allegorical office horror, Redd Inc. (aka Inhuman Resources in the US/UK) (2012). He currently reviews film, TV and video games for outlets including FilmInk and Official Playstation Magazine. O’Connor regularly contributes dialogue, story beats and additional writing for film and TV projects, with a particular fondness for speculative fiction.

 Anthony has spent a lifetime gleefully absorbing the works of Stephen King, Joe R. Lansdale, 2000 AD comics and a frankly worrying number of trashy genre films.  His current projects include the novels  ‘STRAYA– an epic sci-fi adventure set in the ruins of post apocalyptic Australia and EMMA AFTER– a young adult romance novel set in a ghost-ridden hotel that shows how your love life can still be very complicated even after you die.
